Individual Therapy

My therapy style would best be described as integrative. I draw on many different therapy modalities to support you in your work. I believe that our capacity for self-awareness and healing increase exponentially when we integrate the wisdom of the body and mind. I blend talk therapy, mindfulness, and body-oriented techniques to help you learn to:

  • Increase your capacity to respond to life’s stressors with clarity and confidence
  • Transform unhealthy patterns that no longer serve you
  • Build a foundation of self-understanding and self-compassion 
  • Communicate more clearly and set appropriate boundaries with others 
  • Develop healthy self-care routines that increase well-being
  • Heal old attachment wounds and connect more deeply with yourself and those you love

I acknowledge the courage that it takes to go inside and discover unexplored parts of yourself. I can’t promise that it will always be easy or that you will feel “good” when you leave every session. But I can tell you that I will be there to support you all along the way. It is my hope that your increased self-understanding and confidence in your ability to face the challenging times will make the hard work worth it.
